Abstract
  • This project involves two leadership training models that would empower pastors in Southeast Asia. The first model is a long-term leadership training program designed to empower the existing pastors through [a] weekend training program. The second model is a short-term leadership training program designed to equip pastors who do not have the opportunity to go to long-term leadership training. The models were tested by twelve Christian leaders with experience in missionary training schools. The conclusion is that these models can provide effective leadership training that would empower the Lisu and Lahu Christian leaders and equip them to become formational leaders.
