Abstract
  • This project proposes and implements a continuing process of mentoring to encourage and develop ministry among members of a local congregation. Many church members do not participate in ministry because they have never been asked, they have never been trained, and/or they have never been thanked. Intentional mentoring and counseling from church leaders offers such members the personal encouragement, education, and gratitude they need to become involved in Christian service.
