This project is a study based on six social, cultural, psychological and pastoral approaches to determine what baby boomers want and expect from the church. This generation is divided into three subgroups. The author concludes that they seek quality, friendship, participation and a sense of belonging from ministry. This sudy includes a practical and realistic plan for ministry and provides insights for churches small and large.
