Abstract
  • The purpose of this dissertation is, by standing on the shoulders of those who have gone before us, to look further and deeper in order to understand why some churches received God's blessings more than other churches do. Why do some churches remain small despite the labor of many faithful ministers? For a small size church to be able to renew and develop itself, there must be 'healthy people building up the healthy church,' because only the person who is healthy in Christ can keep 'meeting Christ' in his daily life, cultivate the ability of God's people for the work of equipping the saints.
