Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop a student and adult disciple-making strategy for First Baptist Church of Senoia, Senoia, Georgia (FBCS). The first step involved research of FBCS’s Annual Church Profile to determine attendance trends from 2013 to 2022. The project director then surveyed selected church leaders to determine the current state of discipleship within FBCS. The project director researched literature and existing disciple-making models and methods to discover the best practices for FBCS. The project director then selected a student and adult disciple-making strategy team to whom results of research were presented. The strategy development team assisted the project director in evaluating the current state of discipleship at FBCS, considering best practices to determine which ones should be implemented at FBCS, developing a student and adult disciple-making strategy, and presenting a student and adult disciple-making strategy to the church.
