- Abstract
- The author reviews his adminstrative approach to organizing a committee within the church to write computer programs. The software development is specifically aimed toward Christian education purposes in support of established curriculum. After stating the importance of a thorough demographic study, the author reviews implementation issues in computer-assisted instruction. A biblical and theological-ethical foundation lends support to a style of 'friendship' administration developed for this project. The program development committee authored software which was used in two Sunday school classes successfully. The author concludes that it is feasible though difficult for a church committee to develop computer programs.
