Abstract
  • This project evaluates the present organizational structure of Union Avenue Christian Church. The structure was drastically changed in 1972 from the traditional elders, deacons, and deaconesses to a cabinet of seventy. Since its inception, there have been no attempts to evaluate the new structure for effectiveness. The primary objectives of the project are to determine if all tasks are being performed in a satisfactory manner and if the present structure allows the members of Union Avenue Christian Church to meet their individual needs.
