Abstract
  • This project utilizes a family systems model to affirm the systematic interrelationship among elements: the shepherd pastor, family and small group, and worship. A worship committee was organized and instructed in the Presbyterian Directory of Worship. Surveys were distributed to families and small groups before and after two special worship series, to evaluate the congregation's worship life. Each series responded to needs expressed in the initial survey. Results confirmed the interrelationships among three elements.
