- The purpose of the project was to equip selected lay leaders of the English language service at the Nanjing Mochoulu Church, China, in prospective member cultivation skills. The project director researched the biblical teachings, doctrinal foundations, and related literature on evangelism, assimilation, and team building. He Developed and utilized a workshop for the project implementation at the church. Twelve lay leaders attended the six-session workshop. As Jesus shared His life and ministry by preparing His disciples (Mk. 3:14), so the result of the project implementation was a trained team of lay leaders capable of identifying and cultivating prospective member for the church in a more effective way.
