Abstrakt

This project describes Troutdale Community Church's effort to become a disciple-making church by using materials and principles prescribed by T-NET seminars. Five members of TCC attended six seminars over a two-year period, learning philosophy and methods of disciple-making, church growth, and project management. The project then monitored the church's progress through surveys and attendance records. Some features of the T-NET program proved difficult to implement because of TCC's small size, but TCC has experienced genuine growth.
