Abstract
  • The project focuses on a model of ministry that seeks to address the challenge of ecumenical disunity that presently exists between the pastors, churches and the community in Spalding County, Georgia. The focus group participated in a regimen of training sessions, homiletical endeavors and practicum with the aim of enabling the praxis of unity in the church and the community. The results from the qualitative pre- and post-test analyses indicated that ecumenical unity could be achieved between the churches, church leaders and within the communal context.
