Chapter two was focused on Biblical, theoretical, and literature foundation for conflict. Chapter three addressed the social and psychological background of Korean immigrant churches, describing the religious background of Korean mentality, politics of Korea, the history of the Baptist church in Korea, and Korean churches in the U.S. It identified how authority infected pastors and caused conflict in church. Chapter four attempted to equip pastors with conflict resolution skills. Chapter five evaluated the methodology used to find pastors' conflict. A pastor is a primary source of conflict in church. It drew a 'Pastors' Readjustment Rating Scale' of stress points faced by pastors.
