Abstract
  • As part of the larger Project Cathedral, asking 'What makes a Christian leader effective?', this project presents case studies of two effective pastoral leaders in the mid-South region of the United States. Through interviews, church documents, an evaluation tool, and personal observations, the project finds that these leaders maximize strengths, minimize limitations, and consistently grow in Christlike character in order to influence others to develop and accomplish a common vision.
