  • Chapter one overviews the need to develop an intercessory prayer strategy for evangelistic church growth at Stanford Baptist church, Stanford, Kentucky and looks at community demographics and important statistics of Stanford Baptist Church. Chapter two reviews the biblical and theological principles of prayer in the Old and New Testament. I also discuss what occurs when God's people fail to pray, the resulting rebellion, and failure to accomplish the Great Commission. Chapter three examines four churches involved in prayer ministries and the evangelistic growth of each church. Chapter three also deals with a historical review of what God has done through the prayers of his people. Chapter four is a discussion of the project, and the materials used in training intercessors to develop an intercessory prayer strategy that results in evangelistic growth.
