- This project assessed the Multiplication Network Ministry (MNM) training pedagogy and strategic process for church planters in Latin America. This qualitative study reviewed the strategy theologically, missiologically and practically. The field research involved the tracking and interviewing of twenty planters over three months of training. The most significant findings included that the church planters report that getting together with other church planters and having interaction in class is the single most helpful factor in their training. The weakness of the program was not anticipating potential communication problems and that the expected mentoring was was also not taking place as designed.
