Abstrakt

The project involves the professional and lay leadership of the Northern California District of the Church of the Nazarene. Questionnaires werre used to solicit information helpful in constructing an educational instrument. A preliminary teaching resource manual was produced based upon information from these questionnaires, wide reading in the areas of reconciliation, racism, and related topics, and other models of reconciliation education approaches in current use. This preliminary resource manual was subjected to a focus group of Nazarene leaders and others. The result is a leader's guide with a participant's manual for use in a seminar setting with Christian leaders.
