Abstract
  • A qualitative intrinsic case study exploring the perceived causes for church growth through integrated Hispanic ministry in an Anglo Southern Baptist church. Using Everett Roger's attributes of innovations in a series of focus groups and semi-guided interviews, this study explores the theology and best practices of an Anglo church experiencing growth through integrated Hispanic ministry. A survey of Hispanic ministry models is offered highlighting the integrated model. Three main dynamics of Hispanic ministry integration result from these conversations: Leadership dynamics, contextual community variables and the church's capacity to address the attributes of innovations before the different church stakeholders.
