Abstrakt

The Church is called to fulfill its mission in the world through structures that are faithful to its identity and relevant to the changing realities of its environment. A process of reflective thinking was begun in the congregation and opportunities provided for the existing structure to be considered in terms of its relationship to congregation identity and purpose, and reshaped in light of current realities. It was discovered that structural change is a long-term process in which an awareness of the purpose of structure in the overall life of the congregation is the first step.
