Abstract
  • This work explores the emergence of 'Sonship' from the Latter Rain Movement and its influence upon modern Pentecostalism. Though resisted by most of mainstream Pentecostalism, it is the author's contention that 'Sonship' ideas heavily influence much of modern Pentecostal teaching. It identifies some leading ministries who were instrumental in establishing 'Sonship' within the mainstream of the Pentecostal Movement. It also looks at modern mediums such as ministries, movements, music, and technology that serve to carry 'Sonship' thought around the world.
