- Abstract
- This project analyzes the relationship of rituals and symbols in providing pastoral care through the use of case studies drawn from personal experience. Using the directive to 'speak what we feel' and the theology of Paul Tillich, the project explores the meaning of health and wholeness in pastoral care with consideration for culture and age as well as physical and intellectual limitations reflected in the case studies.
