- This project prepares and presents a Bible study of Jeremiah 29 with local neighborhood leaders in order to communicate and analyze the role of a local congregation in its community. According to God's instructions given through Jeremiah to captive Israel, God's people should be present, practice good works, pray for the community's shalom and proclaim the gospel. In response to the study, the participating neighborhood leaders request a religious service celebrating the role of the church in the community.
