Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop a disciple-making strategy for the adult Bible fellowship groups, Wayside Baptist Church, Miami, Florida. The first step of the project was to examine the effectiveness of Wayside’s current discipleship efforts. The second step of the project involved researching small group disciple-making methods. In the third step, the project director led a strategy team to develop a disciple-making strategy over the course of three strategy meetings. The fourth step of the project was to present the completed strategy to the deacons for approval. During this step, the project director presented a disciple-making strategy for the adult Bible fellowship groups of Wayside Baptist Church. The deacons unanimously agreed to approve the strategy.
