Abstract
  • The project analyzed presbytery's approach to mission work, 'The Guatemala Sister-Church Partnership Program' between churches in Florida and Guatemala. An analysis was done of researcher's failure to impact presbytery. The researcher then built foundation for new mission work of Presbytery's Partnership Program based on insights from researcher's ineffectiveness as change agent. New project analyzed presbytery's mission approach learned from history of missions in Western Christianity. The outcome was an application of insights to rebuild new model for Peace River Presbytery's relationship with Guatemalan churches based on principles of Mission, self-understanding, and grace, as the mutual points of contact.
