Abstract

The local church faces opportunities for ministry for which members need motivation to minister. The goal of this project was to design a ministry team structure for the local church to engage members in ministry. A study group was involved in discovery and developmental strategy sessions to asses church needs, description of ministry teams and the design of a structure. The church participated in teaching sessions and completed a survey to determine involvement in ministry teams. The result of the project produced a ministry team structure for use in the local church engaging the membership in ministry.
