Abstract
  • This thesis espouses a process for turning fragmentation into integration of people, purpose, and program in the church. The Paideia experience of familial nurture, sharing, caring, and instruction is patterned after Jesus' model of care and love within a theoretical framework of community development where learners become leaders turning intention into reality. Enlightenment about causes of fragmentation and openness to integration can become catalytic in developing people, purpose, and program leading to the household of faith. An integrated community empowers the church's leadership.
