Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to enable Christian leadership, by working with leaders, through spiritual formation, to identify Christian values, attitudes, and behaviors that equip them to become transformative Christian leaders and witnesses. Research methodology used quantitative and qualitative measures. Participants had the opportunity to grow spiritually and in relationship with God. Through classes and methods of spiritual awareness, participants showed, from pre-test to post-test, significant change in understanding and moving Christian principles into praxis. Growing spiritually is an on-going and life-long pursuit that equips leaders to continually become transformative Christian leaders and witnesses.
