- This project explores characteristics of biblical leadership as they relate to local churches and leadership needs of the present and future, addressing changing leadership roles of elders, deacons, pastors, and women as well as methods of leadership development such as mentoring, lay training, and apprenticeships. The project seeks to prepare children, youth, and adults for leadership in churches of tomorrow, describing what the church of tommorow could look like as it attempts to remain relevant to changing spiritual needs of the culture.
