Abstract
  • This project proposes that a church without educational space can provide necessary space and Christian community through developing and implementing a small-groups ministry. The project concentrated on training leaders through a training workshop. The project began with research in appropriate literature and formation of a leadership team. Fourteen participants in the workshop demonstrated marked improvement in their knowledge and skill in leading small groups. Most completed the workshop and continued leading a group.
