- This project proposes that the architectural design of a Christian sanctuary should be defined by the kind of worship that will happen there and by the identity of the worshiping congregation. Acting as consultant to a church's building committee, the project composes a theology of worship and conducts library research in the history of sanctuary space as determined by the theology and liturgy of particular eras of church history. The committee plans and constructs a contemporary building reflecting the Reformed tradition.
