Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to develop a vocational ministry preparation strategy for Waterloo Road Baptist Church in Edmond, Oklahoma. The project director implemented the following components within the scope of this project: (1) examine a congregational profile of Waterloo Road Baptist Church to determine ministry preparedness potential, (2) explore vocational ministry strategies in order to identify commonalities in successful preparational methods, (3) develop a strategy for pastors and ministers of Waterloo Road Baptist Church to begin immediate training upon a member expressing a calling to vocational ministry, and (4) present the strategy to the pastoral and ministerial staff of Waterloo Road Baptist Church for approval.
