Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop a strategy to enhance church health at Rocky Point Baptist Church, Carthage, Mississippi. The project director conducted an analysis of the church health at Rocky Point Baptist Church using the Transformational Church Assessment Tool. The project director enlisted experts to ensure both analysis and project quality. The project director increased his knowledge in the area of church health and increased his skill in strategy planning. He selected and developed a strategic planting team to aid in this process. The project director presented the church health strategy to the congregation of Rocky Point Baptist Church for approval.
