Abstracto

The thesis of the project centered on the ministry of the senior pastor. Could the senior pastor by mentoring staff and leaders move the church toward a more missional way of being a church? The author developed a curriculum and a process to train and develop missional leaders in the church. The process included classroom work and actual missional experiences in the community. The author noted that the number of people involved in hands on ministry in the community increased significantly and the dollars directed toward missional ministries also increased.
