Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to enlist three interdisciplinary teams from the seminary faculty, staff and students, and to assist them in developing and modeling the team concept of effective work. The role of the author was to facilitate the teams' development, providing training, assistance, and encouragement to the team building process. Each team was asked to develop an evaluation profile for a healthy, thriving, enduring church, and were provided resources to visit the church of their choice and to write a report detailing their experience in team building.
