Abstract
  • One part of the church that is often not understood well by the pastoral staff is the struggles that the Christian businessperson deals with every day of the week. The Christian businessperson is in the world every day with others whose decisions are not necessarily based on Christian values. This paper and project address the development of the ethical practice of the businessperson in the pew by a small group inductive Bible study. Following a case study and inductive Bible study from the Sermon on the Mount, the group set objectives for their own ethical behavior.
