Abstract
  • The fourteen-week training program integrated studies on spiritual gifts into leadership training. The participants engaged in an in-depth study of Christian leadership, which is defined as the process of influencing, motivating, and guiding people to experience personal growth while fulfilling group objectives and the church's vision. Prospective leaders learned how character and personality affect leadership. Then they were taught some basic skills that would enable them to lead groups in strategic planning and casting vision. Finally, spiritual gifts were studied in order to assist ministry leaders in including church members with gifts and passions into their ministry areas.
