- This project examines the intimate and necessary connection between the liturgy of the church and the life of the church. It proceeds with an examination of liturgical praxis, which includes a synopsis of what the church intends to happen in its worship, and the disparities between those intentions and what actually happens. A program of education and reflection in a parish addresses the disparities in one local situation. The project concludes that there is a need for ongoing liturgical reflection and a deepened understanding of the pastoral ministry.
