Abstract
  • The purpose of this study is to equip pastoral leaders at cross-cultural-racial appointments with confidence in the pulpit and to enhance the pastoral leadership in the life of the congregation and to carry on an effective ministry within the community of faith through humor in the pulpit. The method used was to have personal interviews with the participants in a workshop. Most participants showed positive attitude toward the use of humor as a visible, outward sign of inner joy of Christian spirituality.
