Abstract
  • The project seeks to address the pastoral ministry to the increasing number of people facing organ transplantation. The spiritual, emotional, and practical needs of transplant patients and their families are examined. Next the biblical, ethical, and theological issues related to organ transplantation are examined. Resources which help pastors find help and guidance are discussed. The project then concludes with a ministry proposal and model for pastors to adapt and use in their own ministry to transplant recipients.
