- Abstract
- Many barriers prevent congregations from including people with communication disorders such as autism in worship, despite the belief that every person should be invited to God's banquet. Although the literature suggests how to include people with disabilities, the information is incomplete. The author points the reader toward a literature review of autism and art, related to including people with autism in worship. The purpose of this paper is to offer willing congregations a compilation of theological, theoretical, structural, and practical helps.
