Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to research personal conflict techniques in order to develop a conflict resolution manual for incarcerated believers at the United States Penitentiary in Atlanta, Georgia. The project director identified that many incarcerated individuals have a limited knowledge about managing personal conflict. Therefore, the project director prepared a five-session study that could be facilitated in a correctional ministry setting. In preparation for this study, the project director researched the field of personal conflict resolution. The project director's goal was to produce a teaching manual to equip incarcerated believers to resolve personal conflict.
