Abstract
  • The scriptures say in Isaiah 40:31, 'But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.' But, do you really renew your strength after you have had some conflicts with co-workers in your ministry? According to the Lord's promise we should serve more and rejoice more. Yet we are usually depressed and feel hurt in our ministry, which is nevertheless a great calling from God. This dissertaton aims at leading you to a deep analysis of the ministry, including an attempt to find out the true problem of the conflicts, and the effects from your original family. Then you will receive healing throughout your body, soul, and spirit that you see yourself as a whole person. This enables you to start from the very beginning to rebuild your spiritual life, and become a wholly healthy minister to keep moving forward.
