- Abstract
- This project seeks to define church growth for a local congregation through a small-group process that confronts two questions--'What kind of believer must I be?' and 'What should our church look like?' Based on research in biblical, theological, and social-psychological literature and a congregational survey, the project's small groups are able to increase individual participation and make leadership more democratic.
