Abstract

The project was designed to introduce to the local church the same advanced training that is taught on the National Baptist level and to take a close look at their curriculum and a pre-packaged curriculum. Four training sessions, three from the National Congress and one from Standard Publishing, a video tape, and sermons were offered to twenty participants. The results of the project were changes of attitude and behavior by the participants as well as those to whom they ministered.
