Alternative Title
  • Developing a training program to equip soldiers and families in the One hundred fifty-first chemical battalion for post-deployment reintegration
Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to research two elements. First, the project examines issues faced by national Guard Chemical soldiers with regard to family reintegration. Second, the project examines Army training doctrine in order to address the reintegration issues. The end goal of the project was to develop a marriage training program that takes place during a retreat format. The retreat would include many of the elements discovered during the research phase. Due to time limitations, not all elements were covered in training, but the training included elements critical for sustaining healthy marriages.
