Abstrakt

The application of service management principles to the congregational life of Christian Family Fellowship will raise the level of satisfaction in the congregation and therefore reduce the rate of attrition. The rate of attrition and level of satisfaction were monitored during two three-month periods, before and after the implementation of service management principles. The project resulted in a highly significant reduction in the rate of attrition, but no significant change in the measurable level of satisfaction in the congregation at large.
