This project develops, implements, and evaluates a strategy for church growth using a church planning committee composed of members of First Baptist Church (La Place, La). The project enlists and trains the committee, communicating a strategy. The committee collects and analyzes data from congregational and community surveys and literature research, deriving a plan of action that prioritizes ministry areas and actions that lead to church growth.
