Abstract
  • The study examined the provision of deliverance ministry training at Canadian Theological Seminary. It questioned: attitudes of administration, faculty and students; practices in training students in theory and application of deliverance; and how better to train students? The study discussed precedent biblical and historical literature. A qualitative approach and case study methodology employed interviews, documentary evidence, and observations. Administrators, faculty and all interviewed students supported deliverance ministry training. How to supply practical training posed problems. Several issues required more systematic research. The case that seminaries should develop deliverance ministry programs was presented. Reccomendations for further study emerged.
