- Abstract
- The purpose of the ministry project was to develop a continuing education peer group to facilitate observable improvement in the ability of Filipino pastors to organize, train, and involve key lay leaders in the management of their churches. Monthly seminars were used to impart information and the catalyst for transforming facts into action was a weekly peer group meeting. The objective data, gathered before and after the project, and church assessments, preproject compared with postproject data, revealed the project to be successful. The subjective data was not conclusive. The author determined the project to be viable for the Philippines.
