Abstract
  • This project proposes 'childlike' Christian leadership as a response to self-promoting careerism infecting Christian leadership today and consequent unbiblical misconceptions of the church that it conveys. Childlike leadership is relational, seeking to awaken the leader's need to trust God for everything. Childlike leadership is Christlike leadership, indispensable to reconstituting worldly, self-seeking leadership and its distortions of the church. The project offers practical principles through which childlike leadership can be developed.
