- Abstract
- This project proposes to train lay leaders in the church to identify and work through unresolved guilt and anger. This will be done through an eight session, sixteen hour seminar. It will describe healthy anger and guilt, inform the class what unhealthy anger and guilt look like, then discuss the symptoms and consequences of living with unresolved anger and guilt. Interventions and Bible studies will be presented as ways to resolve these issues. A one year follow up was done with the seminar participants. They proved to be very competent in identifying and resolving issues dealing with unresolved anger and guilt.
